The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support in various functional groups in a specified market

1. Discuss our courses and products with students and parents to aid in enrollment and admissions process
2. Assist in answering phones, taking enrollments, answering general questions on courses, etc.
3. Customer service point of contact for students, but complex issues get handed to either TM's or the Ops manager depending who it belongs to
4. Gather materials for marketing events
5. Marketing event creation in Plateau
6. Pull prospect reports
7. Enter prospects into the system
8. Email prospects, event reminder emails
9. Print flyers
10. Marcomm
11. Perform administrative duties, including data entry, test scanning, generate/send out score reports, and filing
12. Additional duties as assigned.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration
2. Ability to work in multiple computer databases and possess proficient skills in MS Office
3. Strong written and oral communications skills
4. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skill
5. Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines and prioritize appropriately
