We are seeking a Community Assistant, whose responsibilities include but is not limited to, presenting a high level of services to our residents, while providing an environment conducive to academic and personal success. This is achieved by maintaining safety and standards for the property, developing a sense of community, being a team player and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- An academic degree or certification program in progress from a local college or university
- The ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures, use basic math skills and effectively communicate, verbally and written, with residents and guests
- Computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft office products and internet usage
