Summary: Carry out complex and confidential administrative related functions to ensure assigned department operations flow smoothly
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
· Responds to routine external communications; composes and types routine correspondence.
· Responsible for preparing and submitting monthly expense reports.
· Prepares various confidential departmental reports as assigned by Supervisor, utilizing advanced software applications.
· Compiles reports to show statistics pertinent to operation of department.
· Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
· Assists other members of the department in project-oriented work as needed.
· Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
· Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
· Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
· Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
