External Job Description:
**MEAT CUTTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** Meat Cutters provide a high level of customer service. This position requires employees to meet daily production needs and quality standards in meat cutting and preparation. Employee must have knowledge in retail cutting techniques for all meat/seafood cuts, proficiency with the saw and merchandising techniques. All employees display and maintain in-stock conditions and fresh and appealing appearance throughout the department. They process fresh and frozen products. Each employee packages, prepares trays, weighs items to properly label, rotates product and removes out of code date products. Each employee cleans and sanitizes work areas in accordance with company standards and health department regulations. Responsibilities may differ by store.
