Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, mathematics or business field is required. An advanced degree, such as M.S.I.E. or M.B.A. is desired. Industry recognized certifications such as the ASQ “Certified Quality Engineer”, “Lean”, “Master Black Belt”, “Six Sigma Black Belt”, “Six Sigma Green Belt”, or “Quality Process Analyst” are desired.
*This Business Process Improvement Analyst role is a professional level which, typically requires a minimum of 5 years of applied experience in continuous improvement.
*Preferable in the electronics industry.
*Must be competent in the use of statistics.
*Experience with ISO 9000 and/or TL9000 is desired.
*Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
*Experience with Minitab and/or Statistica is desired.
*Experience with a dynamic process modeling (simulation) tool such as “Extend” is desired.

The Business Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for helping develop the corporate continuous improvement project plan, leading teams of process owners and stakeholders through the business process improvement process, helping develop executive level presentations, managing project schedules, providing facilitation and training sessions.
This Business Process Improvement Analyst is a professional level position where the work is primarily focused on improving key business processes throughout the company. This role requires the ability to perform tasks of moderate complexity with limited direction.
*Solicit, collect, and prioritize business process improvement candidate projects
*Contribute to the development of annual corporate continuous improvement plan and schedules
*Facilitate/lead process owners and stakeholders through the improvement process
*Develop “As Is” business process maps
*Develop Key Performance Indicators to control significant business processes
*Use Six Sigma, Lean quality and statistical tools to analyze measurement data
